Victory At 34: From Time Served to Time to Serve

My name is Thomas Landon, founder of Victory At 34, I am a motivational speaker and community advocate dedicated to helping individuals turn challenges into purpose, leadership, and meaningful impact. Through my personal journey---from serving 34 years incarcerated to rebuilding my life and now striving to give back to my community---Ive gained firsthand insight into accountability, transformation, and resilience. I share strategies for personal growth, overcoming adversity, and making positive choices, especially for those navigating life after incarceration or facing difficult circumstances.Through Victory At 34, my goal is to show that change is possible, that your past does not define your future, and that every person has the power to create a positive impact in their life and community. I would love the opportunity to speak to and engage your ( audience, group, program participants ) and provide an engaging, empowering session that inspires actionable change.

Empowering the Next Generation to Victory

Victory At 34 empowers the next generation by turning real life experiences into guidance, warnings, and hope. We speak honestly about violence, gangs, self-awareness, and the justice system so young people see the full cost--and the real options in front of them.

Through mentorship, consistent support, advocacy, and real examples of transformation, we help young men develop discipline, self-respect, and a sense of purpose. Our goal is simple: fewer lives lost to violence, more lives rebuilt in service to their families and communities.

Education about self-awareness and what it truly means to be a man cannot be stressed enough in todays culture of miseducation. At Victory At 34, we teach young men to know themselves, question false images of manhood, and step into a healthier, more responsible vision that builds better results.

Changes for the Community

Change for the community begins with self-reflection. I had to face the harm I caused—choices that wounded families, neighbors, and the very places I once called home. In that honest look, I found the courage to admit my wrongs, accept responsibility, and choose a different path. Victory At 34 is the fruit of that turning point—a way to give back, rebuild trust, and help others step away from the same cycle of harm.

Rebuilding Lives & Communities

rebuilding lives & communities is the essential pillar that Victory At 34, is built upon. we provide core principle tools to help families and neighborhoods navigate the complex path of social reform. by empowering individuals with the tools for civic engagement and stable recovery, we turn cycles of struggle into blueprints for a stronger, more resilient society that represents, Victory At 34.

Mentorship in Action

Mentorship in action means building real relationships, not quick talks. Our mentors text, call, and meet with young men to help them process anger, fear, and temptation. Through steady mentorship and solidarity, we work to close the gap created by mistrust and betrayal, so we can restart trust, healing, and shared responsibility in our communities. We celebrate wins, confront bad choices, and keep pointing them back to discipline, respect and responsibility so they can grow into the men they were meant to be.
