Themes of Hope & Justice

Victory At 34 brings honest conversations about incarceration, violence, gangs, justice reform, and mentorship to the people who need to hear them most—young people, community members, and decision-makers. My talks are built to honor real-life struggle while calling all of us to a higher standard of responsibility and care. Whether I’m speaking to a school, a nonprofit, a faith community, or a business, the goal is the same: fewer lives lost to harm, more lives rebuilt in service to their communities.

Key Speaking Engagements

Through Victory At 34, I’m seeking partners who want to bring lived experience to the front of the room—principals, program directors, pastors, organizers, and business leaders who are ready to invest in real conversations. In each engagement, we talk openly about violence, gangs, prison, and community repair. The goal is simple: turn a single event into the start of a long-term shift. And this is why I will personally work with leaders who want more than a motivational talk—they want honest stories, hard questions, and clear next steps for youth, staff, and community members to move toward change.

Invite the Movement

This is where you finalize your request for a Victory At 34 event. I am now accepting speaking invitations for business and community spaces that are ready for honest stories, hope, healing, restoration, and justice. After 34 years navigating the justice system, I partner with programs, educational facilities, correctional institutions, faith-based organizations, community groups, and business leaders who are serious about restoration, responsibility, and reform. Please share your event details below. Tell me about your audience, your goals, your support, and your budget, and we'll explore together the best fit for your community and next steps.
